For Moms & Dads: Do Yoga with your Child in Bellevue

South Bellevue Chiropractic and Massage is excited to celebrate Healthy Kids month in June! One of a few exciting classes that they will be hosting is a Mommy & Me yoga class! (Daddies are welcome too!). The class is donation based. Every donation brought in goes directly towards her help to fight against human trafficking and you get to be a part of that mission, how awesome!

The class is taught by Michelle A Thielen. She is the Founder & Master trainer of Yogafaith. She is motivated to help the world in any way she can! Through Yogafaith she is able to help us as parents connect with our children by doing a class aimed for bonding, plus getting a workout!

Feel free to invite anyone who would love to participate. All ages and stages are welcome!
