Interested in Yogadance but want to go slow? This beginning level class will focus on the basics of yoga dance in a methodical, sequential manner. Fundamental Yogadance postures will be reviewed and then set in motion to the tunes du jour!
Recommendation: basic understanding of standing poses, no dance experience necessary.
This is a series of 5 classes that meets on Tuesdays from 6:15pm to 7:30pm from January 27th to March 3rd. No Class on February 3rd.
