Yogic Nutrition for Radiant Health!
Led by Jaimie Morgan, MS (Nutrition) and Bikram Yoga Instructor

Learn how to use principles of yogic nutrition and intuitive eating to stay hydrated, energetic and support a healthy, balanced body! In this seminar, we will:

  • Talk about some of the ancient principles of Ayurveda and other popular modern diets;
  • Discuss the origins, myths and questions around “yogic nutrition;”
  • Use these tools to help maintain your energy, promote hydration and balance the body. Leave with more insight into your body and personality type, tips and recipes for staying hydrated and energetic, and the confidence to support your hot yoga practice and life.

About Jaimie Morgan: Jaimie has been practicing Bikram yoga since 2000, and has been a certified Bikram instructor since 2004. She has a Masters Degree in Nutrition from Bastyr University in Kenmore, WA. She enjoys sharing her love and knowledge of holistic nutrition and Bikram yoga. Jaimie’s other interests include traveling, kicking up sand on the beach, and drinking all things green.

This workshop is appropriate for practitioners of all levels and yoga styles. The workshop will be held at the Sweatbox Yoga Studio in Capitol Hill, Seattle, WA.
