Q: I really need some help promoting my events but I cannot afford it, can you help?

We understand that budget can be a concern, and we’re happy to explore options that might work for you. Please reach out to us , and we’ll do our best to find a solution that fits your needs.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via ACH Direct Debit and credit cards. You can choose the option that works best for you during checkout. Note that using your bank account allows you to save on the 3% card payment processing fee.

Q: What is your refund policy?

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds once an event listing or subscription package is purchased. However, we are committed to go above and beyond to ensure you are satisfied when partnering with us.

Q: How does canceling a subscription work?

You can cancel your subscription at any time before your next renewal date. Your plan will remain active until the end of the current subscription period, and you won’t be charged for the next term. However, there are no refunds for unused time.

Q: Can I update the payment method for my subscription renewal?

Yes! If you need to update your payment method for a renewal, Please contact us before your renewal date and we will send you a link to update the details of your card or your bank account.

Q: Can I use my promo video on my own social media?

Yes! When we publish promo videos, we typically post them on social media as "Collaborative Posts" which sends you a request which once accepted automatically shows the video on your account and makes it available to your followers. In addition, you are welcome to repost or reshare the video on your social media accounts, your website or even use it in ads. it is yours to use as you see fit.

Q: What do you need from me to create a promo video?

Once you book a Promo video with us, we typically follow up with you within 48h to provide you with a Shared folder to upload media files for us to use for the video. We typically need images and videos which we can use to tell the story about the message you are trying to convey. We then just need your feedback and approval once a draft of the promo video is ready.
