Once you book a Promo video with us, we typically follow up with you within 48h to provide you with a Shared folder to upload media files for us to use for the video. We typically need images and videos which we can use to tell the story about the message you are trying to convey.

We then just need your feedback and approval once a draft of the promo video is ready.
