FITT Balance is currently seeking instructors to lead Flow Motion aquatic fitness programs (www.flowmotionfitt.com) at its first partnered facility in Des Moines.

Flow Motion is the newest wave in aquatic fitness featuring BOOT CAMP, YOGA, SILVER (Senior) and THERAPY (Corrective Exercise) programs designed for optimal performance on the Flow Motion Fitness Mat – a rigid inflatable surface designed to provide ample support for all ages to enjoy all types of exercise ON WATER!

FITT Balance instructors will be trained to lead Flow Motion aquatic fitness programs in shallow and deep water, in addition to learning safety practices, mat tethering, class setup/tear down and rules of partnered aquatic location(s).

Minimum of 2 years experience instructing physical education and/or group exercise classes for any modality of fitness. Aquatic experience preferred (must be comfortable in shallow and deep water). Certified yoga training, personal training and/or small group training experience a plus!

Hourly compensation: $15-$25 (DOE)
