Teaching at BendnMove requires a therapeutic and gentle approach to yoga so that our clients can experience the benefits that yoga offers in helping them manage their health.

This job entails an understanding of yoga and how it applies to aging. Many of our clients are over 60 and require a gentle approach to yoga. A strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, along with an open mind and compassionate attitude are highly appreciated.

Our teachers are contract employees, so you will need to have a 1099, proof of personal liability insurance, and a business license. Weekend morning classes are required.
