Hot Yoga Inc. is hiring energetic, positive, experienced, managers with strong sales backgrounds. Studio managers are responsible for day to day operations, with focus on Cleanliness, Customer Relationships, and Sales. Managers will attend weekly meetings and implement new studio policies and procedures. You must be flexible to cover shifts when needed and have a “can do” attitude. Responsibilities also include working closely with students to determine their needs, answer questions about our class offerings, products and recommend the right solutions to ensure excellent student satisfaction.

Ideal Candidate:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Follow and achieve company’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
• “Go the extra mile” to drive sales
• Warmly greet and welcome new students
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
• Process POS (point of sale) purchases and cash handling
• Cross sell products
• Makes personal phone calls to new students to follow-up on their class experience
• Build productive trust relationships with customers
• Comply with inventory control procedures
• Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities, changing the studio design)

Requirements:

• Retail Sales associate, Sales representative, Sales Manager or similar role
• Sales Experience
• Proficiency in English
• Basic computer and math skills
• Track record of over-achieving sales quota
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to perform under pressure
• Capable of addressing student concerns in a timely manner
• High school degree
