About Andrew Ragan: Andrew Ragan (CSCS // Rasa Yoga RYT-500 graduation May 2020 // Yin 50-Hr) has been practicing at Bala Yoga since 2013. Andrew comes from a functional strength training background and an upbringing that forced him to “get tough” real quick. Stepping onto the mat, he becomes a person who gracefully holds strength and compassion together as one.
