The Seattle Mariners now incorporate yoga into their spring training on and off the road. They plan to do yoga in every city they play. The yoga practice will promote mindfulness, flexibility, stability and enhance mobility.
Each player bats on average 600 times per season. Sometimes the players get lost in the movement. Yoga aims to bring back mindfulness to the players so that their bats become more intentional and effective.
