As we age, it is very important for us to incorporate healthy habits into our daily routines such us eating healthy, and participating in activities that can help us maintain our strength and move with ease. Yoga is one of the best forms of exercising for older adults, since the practice’s pace can be slow or fast as needed, and poses can be modified by instructors to suite the students’ abilities c situation. Also, yoga offers seniors many benefits including:

✓ Less stress.
✓ Better sleeping habits
✓ Enhanced balance, flexibility, mobility, and strength.
