On Saturday October 22, 2016, Seattle Yoga News and wellness guru Teanna Gentry of Hot Feet Fitness led a group of bright and glowing yogis through an energetic heated flow class. The event took place in Burien, Wash. at Hot Feet Fitness. The studio opened its doors for a one hour heated power flow class and social hour afterwards. With Halloween just a week away, this was an opportunity for attendees to break out their glow-kits, face paint, and don costumes for a fun and and colorful evening. The organizers provided attendees with plenty of glow sticks, decorative glow-wear, and body markers to brighten up their already beaming outfits.

The class itself was conducted in the heated studio, which was decorated in black lights for the event. The glowing and flowing bodies moved to Teanna’s fun and powerful sequences. Her energy definitely lit up the room and brought smiles to people’s faces.

Post class, event sponsors included TEMA Athletics, LuLaRoe representative Marianne Gardner, High Brew Coffee, Four Horsemen Breweries, and Freggie’s Organic Fruits and Veggies. The attendees enjoyed plenty of drinks, snacks and shopping. As a special thank you for attending, all guests were entered to win raffle prizes from event sponsors. Below are some images from the event.
