Tiffany Cruikshank, a certified yoga instructor and health and wellness expert, visited Seattle for a three-day workshop held at Om Culture yoga studio. Combining her training in acupuncture and sports medicine with her yoga teaching experience, she has been leading workshops, retreats and teacher trainings. These events have been guided by a strong anatomical focus, using movement as medicine. We sat down with Cruikshank and her dog Lulu for an interview to learn about her journey to becoming an internationally known teacher in the world of yoga.
