Howard lamb

Howard Lamb recently stepped away from the solar energy business he founded in 2005, Sunergy Systems, to pursue a life of yoga and in January 2016 joined the ranks of Seattle area yoga instructors by receiving his RYT-200 certification and training with Lisa Black at Shakti Vinyasa Yoga. He instructs at both Hot Feet Fitness of Burien and Spark Hot Yoga of Marysville. Howard’s passion for music and incorporating it into yoga has sparked his latest venture, GRUVflow Yoga, that will focus on DJ and electronic music yoga events.
