BendnMove was founded in 2013 with the belief that every body is different and requires different forms of movement to experience strength, flexibility, and joy. The studio’s aim is to offer an experience that makes people want to come back and try any of its classes. So many people like the idea of trying a class like Yoga, but don’t feel like they can join in. They often find themselves in the back row of a class. The teachers at BendnMove teach to the back row and help build the confidence and mobility to move with joy.
