The sun is out and we’re ready to take our yoga outdoors! Spend your sunny weekends on a stand-up paddleboard (SUP board), strengthen your core and connect with the beauty that surrounds us. Not only will you be getting a good workout, you’ll also be absorbing all the vitamin D that us Seattlites miss out on during the winter season. Below, we’ve curated a list of places to do SUP Yoga in Seattle.
Let’s get wet!
#1 SUP Yoga Seattle (Greenlake)
Located on the iconic and serene Greenlake, Jill teaches SUP classes to all who are interested in a challenging flow. Classes are 90 minutes long and include paddle instruction on land and a yoga practice on water. The group meets at Green Lake Boat Rentals on the northeast side on the lake.
Cost: Single sessions are $35, which includes board, paddle and life jacket rental. Packages and season passes are available. A percentage of the proceeds is donated to the Seattle Audubon Society. Private sessions are also available.

#2 Northwest Paddle Surfers Paddleflow Yoga (Juanita Beach Park, Kirkland, Columbia City)
The Northwest Paddle Surfers bring you Paddleflow Yoga! This evening class will give you the opportunity to take your practice outside and enjoy a sunset flow. These are all level classes for ages 12 and up! Classes start on Tuesdays at 6 PM with more times later in the season.
Cost: $30 for a 75 minute class
#3 SOL Yoga (Leschi)
SUP Board Yoga season begins after Memorial Day. More information to follow!
#4 WaSUP Yoga (Ballard)
WaSUP Yoga is located at Surf Ballard and holds flo-yo classes. WaSUP’s classes cater to all levels, from those with no prior yoga or SUP experience to serious practitioners of both. Each class begins with a brief shore-side lesson on the basics of SUP followed by a guided paddling warm up.
Tailor-made to improve your balance and keep you above water (with an open invitation to make a splash if you please), invigorating SUP sun salutations flow into strengthening and lengthening postures, breathing exercises, and guided meditation.
Cost: Single classes are $30 and classes are 2 hours long. Cost includes equipment rentals.

#5 POP SUP (Lake Union, Arboretum, Green Lake, Lake Washington)
Our classes are accessible to both new and experienced students as each practice builds upon basic postures with plenty of opportunities to go further and deepen the sensation. All popSUP Yoga locations are held in clean, swim-friendly bodies of water at various public swimming beaches and waterfronts in the Seattle area.
Cost: $32 for 75-90 minute classes.

#6 Levitas Studio Indoor SUP Yoga (Belltown)
Not ready to brave the outdoors or want more practice balancing on a board? Come to Levitas Studio in Belltown for indoor SUP Yoga sessions. We live in Seattle and only have a small season for being on the water. Levitas strives to offer a similar calming, scenic environment as SUP yoga on the water by keeping the studio at a warm temp and playing music that will help to make the class seem like a warm summer day.
