Myofascial Release is a technique that uses tools to target the fascia or connective tissues in the body.  When done properly, it can soften areas of stress and tension, increase range of motion, improve circulation, and encourage a calm state in your physical body and mind.
In this 90 minute workshop, Meagan Lass will guide you through techniques for self Myofascial Release for the Spiral Myofascial line: the feet, outer leg lines, the abdomen and back, shoulders and neck.
This Myofascial line wraps through both sides of the upper and lower body. Everyone can benefit from this practice for improved balance, gait, posture, rotation and stability in daily movements. MFR will be paired with gentle movement and introspection to leave you feeling relaxed and refreshed. Learn basic tools that you can apply at home on your own or before or after your movement practices.
