This week we have a 60 minute playlist titled Getting Close. This playlist was created for a 60 minute power vinyasa or hatha class. I usually start the playlist after a yummy warm up and intention setting. The genre ranges from R&B, Ambient, Acoustic and electronic. Artists range from modern day artists such as Nick Jonas, John Legend and The Neighborhood to good old favorites of mine – John Lennon! My intentions with this playlist were to find songs that elicit a sense of vulnerability to allow yourself to open your heart, your mind and your body in class, on the mat and anywhere you find the need to just be.
