This week we have a 60 minute playlist titled Slow it Down. This playlist was created for a 60 minute slow flow or hatha class. I usually start the playlist after a couple of Sun As and intention setting.

The genre ranges from electronic, guitar, vocal, acoustic, and classical songs. Enjoy songs by a blend of artists from different countries and eras. My intentions with this playlist were to match movement to songs that would help you slow your practice own and allow your body to find ways to surrender.
