This playlist is great for a Restorative, Yin, Hatha, or slow Vinyasa Yoga class. The playlist ranges from sweet voiced female singers, Bon Iver cover songs, to gentle, yet powerful piano melodies. The intention of this playlist was to create a safe, soft and loving environment while not draining out the instructor. Many songs are great to instruct breathing techniques, meditation, or that perfect song for Shavasana.
