Finding the right music can make all the difference in a yoga practice – either your own or for your students. I teach both with and without music. You’ll need to feel the vibe of your class to determine what songs they will enjoy practicing to, but ultimately JUST DO YOU! Your students will appreciate your authenticity and groove along with you.
Below is a yoga playlist that I usually start after a quick spinal warm-up and 2-3 Sun Salutation A’s. The pace of this playlist is intended for vinyasa flow classes. I titled the playlist “Funking the Chill.” Feel free to use all or some of the songs on my playlist. Enjoy!
