Root Yoga is a heart centered, playful and spirited multi-style studio. We offer vinyasa, hatha, restorative and meditation classes as well as workshops and trainings. The yoga classes are at an elevated temperature of 80 degrees (please note: we do not run the heat during the warmer months of summer).
