Studio-e was created in 2017 with my whole heart’s desire for a safe &all-inclusive space for people to practice yoga. My mission was to create a place where any {body} could come & be themselves.A space to learn, explore, deepen, and develop their own personal yoga practice. A place where you can move freely at your own pace and feel supported& encouraged every step of the way. I believe there is an abundance of physical, mental and emotional benefits by adding and incorporating yoga into a person’s life.

Style of Yoga:

My teaching style begins with Viniyoga, an approach to yoga that adapts the yoga practice methods to each individual. Every {body}is different and finding out your personal potential allows me to create a yoga experience designed just for you. I then incorporate Vinyasa yoga which helps me develop different sequencing to fit your intensity or intention with a specially curated yoga class. Combining these two methods allows me to achieve the right class for each client at Studio-e.
