Forrest Yoga is not easy, but it is healing. This 2 hour yoga practice, coupled with Forrest Yoga chants and meditation, is designed to show you how to access your inner bravery. We hold our emotions in our bodies, and they have many memories and stories. Understanding where, when and why the feeling of fear or self doubt emerges, can build a bridge to the courage that also lives inside you. In the practice we will pay attention to the areas of our body where fear is felt and where courage is felt, and begin to build this awareness of your body in a safe container. Step into the New Year with steadiness and confidence!

This is an all levels practice, but come prepared to sweat!
