Music from Jessie & Matt Siren
Some of Jessie’s earliest memories are of her late Father playing the piano–from this she found her talent and her inspiration. She has been composing since she was 9 years old, and at age 14 she picked up her first guitar and taught herself to play. The songs she writes are her own stories, and the stories of those she meets. Jessie was born in and resides in Washington. Her voice is alluring and her performances fresh. She performs with her husband, Matt Siren, who is brilliantly talented at vocal percussion, or, “beatboxing”. Matt has been creating beats since his early years, inspired by some of the forefathers of beatboxing. He is very versatile with his art and performs with a variety of artists, all different styles. At the guitar and piano Jessie connects with her audience and draws them into her stories of heartbreak and loss, love, and lust, and simply life. Matt is the beat to her melody.
