Mindful transition is the difference between where you are and where you want to be.
Instead of rushing to the next step or the next asana, this flowshop will explore the places in between. On the mat and off, you will discover ways to stay engaged in transition and connect to that which is steady and true within.
We’ll start with a strong and creative flow, introducing artful transitions and tools of engagement. Expect to sweat! Discussion and reflection will follow, exploring how to apply these tools during life’s transitions. In the end, we’ll come back to the mat for a smooth and slow flow, allowing discoveries to settle into your mind, body, and heart.
