This series offers a comprehensive overview of Ayurveda, with each session dedicated to a different topic on the science of cultivating balance and wellbeing. Join Maritza for six interactive lectures and practice sessions exploring the Five Great Elements, Balancing and Boosting Practices for your Dosha, Food, Digestion and Nutrition, Daily and Seasonal Routines, and learn how the principles of Yoga and Ayurveda are aligned. Students who have taken earlier Ayurveda workshops with Maritza will appreciate the extended time the series offers to deepen past explorations. That said this series is for everyone, regardless of your experience with Ayurveda. Please dress comfortably, in clothing appropriate for asana practice. Students may wish to bring a notebook and extra support for the lecture portions of the series.
