Join us for this free, Fun pop-up class!

This fusion style class combines mindful breath awareness of hatha yoga with foundational barre movements to build strength through body & mind. Haley leads this class with a focus on alignment so you can care for your body, while challenging yourself. All levels are welcome!

About the instructor: Haley Rae

Haley RaeHaley Rae’s relationship with yoga has evolved with her own spiritual journey over the past 9 years. She graduated from Yama Yoga’s Teacher Training in May 2018 and moved to Seattle shortly thereafter. Since her training ended she has taught regularly at studios and for corporate clients. Her most recent community offerings have evolved to hosting healing retreats out in nature. She is grateful to call the PNW home!

Haley believes deep healing can be found in safe community spaces. All of her classes focus on pairing breath with movement. She strives to create classes that are available for all levels, always adding variations to challenge & explore your body. Haley Rae is traditionally trained in Hatha Yoga & Barre Eclipse. Her goal is that you leave class with a deeper connection to your strength & self.
