These in person classes are available for fully vaccinated students (there is no online Zoom option for these). In person class size will be limited to 10 students. We will also be practicing in masks, as we follow the current CDC guidelines. Sunday Monthly Gentle-to-Moderate Level Yoga and Meditation on Sunday Afternoons: 1:00 – 2:30 p.m.

About the instructor: Christy Fisher

Christy FisherChristy Fisher is a certified yoga therapist with the International Association of Yoga Therapy (C-IAYT), a Kripalu Yoga teacher at the professional level, and has practiced yoga for over 25 years. She is also a certified Laban/Bartenieff Movement Analyst and brings over 20 years of somatic education and yoga training to her teaching. She is passionate about making the transformational practice of yoga accessible to all abilities from athletes to people with physical limitations and chronic health conditions. Along with directing Phinney Ridge Yoga, she has taught for the National MS Society Washington State Chapter, Cancer Lifeline, and the Washington State Traumatic Brain Injury Association.
