Have you ever wondered what it would be like to saddle up at the front of the cycle studio? This comprehensive training will include all of the information and practice that you will need to teach the fun, challenging, empowering, and uplifting all levels classes that you love.
Initial Training: The Basics -Saturday May 30th 1-5PM and Sunday May 31st 1-5PM
Come prepared to learn and ride! Modules will include bike fits, safety, alignment, cuing, drills, endurance and interval training, building a playlist, exercise physiology, and the basics of Kaiser bike maintenance. On the final day you will have the chance to put your knowledge to work teaching in small groups.
Follow up training: Teaching Intensive- Sunday June 14th 1-5pm
During this time you will have the chance to put what you have learned into practice, preparing a playlist before class you will teach drills to others in the program, and receive feedback and tips on expanding your skills. Add on this piece and be ready to nail your first audition and teach right away.
