Isha refers to that which is the source of creation. Kriya literally means internal action. What makes this meditation special is its simplicity and effectiveness. Isha Kriya is a great way to start meditation for beginners. In this one hour session, you will learn Isha Kriya, a simple 12-18 minute practice, to help you to become meditative effortlessly. Anyone ages 12 and above can attend. Isha Kriya does not require any previous experience with meditation and can be done sitting in a chair.

Designed by Sadhguru, a self- realized yogi and foremost authority in the field of yoga. This session will be conducted by a trained Isha facilitator, after which ongoing online support will also be available.
