[Live Streamed] Nesting Within: Yin + Soundbath Workshop with Tara Dyberg & Kate Ryan

Join Om Operative creatrix Tara Dyberg + Jakku House Oracle Songbird Kate Ryan in this collaborative yoga workshop. 

Kate & Tara have a long history of teaching restorative soundbaths. This special *virtual edition* infuses Kate’s professionally recorded soundtrack ‘medicine tongue’ with Tara  guiding us thorough gentle restorative + yin postures.

Kate will be on the zoom call to ground us in intent,  moving us inwards and guiding us towards gratitude for community and union in the season of giving thanks.

About the instructors: Tara Dyberg & Kate Ryan

A builder, a creator … in love with the tools of yoga and how they illuminate life.
My background is in movement, as far back as I can remember. It started with a love for dance at an early age, that lead me down a path of professional performance with varying companies in my native land Canada. In my mid twenties I started noticing that no matter how ‘successful’ I was in my field, I wasn’t feeling FULL-filled. A realization shared by many… which started me on another path of SEEKING. That soul searching lead me to yoga and an exploration of self, towards something that felt deep, raw, truthful.
I teach bhakti vinyasa yoga, a yoga of devotion and heartfelt movement. I draw from deep experiences of the body, balancing the spiritual with the physical aspects of practice as I use yogic tools of mudras, mantras, asanas, mythology, and joyful sequencing to cultivate a strong sense of self in community with others. The gods and goddesses all had tools to wield, as do we on our journey to liberation!

I am Kate Ryan; Songbird, Oracle & Shamanic Musician.
My Maternal Grandmothers maiden name was Jakku.  Throughout my life I have been called to heal with a relationship to the great divine feminine.  I believe when we heal ourselves, we heal our family & ancestors. So I carry the lineage of strong women forward to build a legacy of love.
I am a certified Sound Healer, 200Ryt Vinyasa teacher, Reiki attuned & shamanic initiate of  Peruvian Shipibo plant healing.
A graduate with a BFA in Theater, my 20 years of performance work focused on Ritual, trance practice & social engagement.
I am currently sharing my practice through classes, workshops & self~care healing retreats based in Seattle Washington.
