Michelle Quigley Pearson

I am a licensed massage therapist and yoga teacher in Seattle offering injury treatment, wellness massage, breath awareness, and techniques to restore and heal.
I use a variety of massage methods in a patterned and purposeful way to offer clients the most effective, personalized treatments possible. My guiding principles are: do no harm, find the edges, and invite change. I am also passionate about listening to the breath  and inviting it deeper to increase body awareness and access a deeply relaxing state.
Where are you in your healing journey? I have experienced supporting people facing injuries, chronic conditions, cancer, daily stressors, pain, and limited range of motion. I believe we can alll benefit from the simple and profound effects of intelligent and informed healing touch.
I am a graduate of Discovery Point School of Massage in Seattle and yoga programs in the Northwest and British Columbia. I completed undergraduate studies in English at Syracuse University and editing at University of Washington.I draw inspiration from my life experiences, being raised by a nurse and a high school teacher, exploring varied cultures, and observing nature.
While raising two wonderful teenage sons, I also enjoy outdoor sports, music, and spending time on the beach with my family.
