Melissa Chevalier

I’m devoted to the practice of simplicity and thoughtful design solutions that support compassionate communication, creativity and conscious awareness. As a natural organizer, I seek to create best practices with a human-centered approach. I believe anything is possible with a dedicated positive attitude, flexible mindset and a healthy dose of playfulness.

I work with individuals, teams and organizations to create meaningful connections through creative problem solving, visual storytelling and learning experiences that serve the goals of the larger ecosystem. My work and process weave together Human-Centered Design, Nonviolent Communication and Yogic philosophy. My consulting and facilitation style integrates a unique blend of playfulness, practicality and a devotion to the creative spirit.

I have worked with various organizations over the past 20 years of my career to develop and design custom leadership toolkits, playbooks, training resources and best practices that support nonprofits, startups and mid-sized agencies to the Fortune 500. I hold an MFA from California College of the Arts with a focus on artist books and visual design, and have a 250hr yoga certification with Yoga Alliance.
