Experience the Bliss of *Your* Imperfect & Impeccable Practice

“We have all been told that perfection is not, and will never be, an obtainable quality. Yet most of us continue to strive for it! The same struggle that presents itself in our quest to be the “perfect” parent / student / worker shows up on the mat in our struggle to obtain the “perfect” posture or practice. I see it all the time and admit to falling susceptible to the same pattern of thinking at several points in my life.”

The Well-Adjusted Yogi has nothing to do with perfection, yet it has everything to do with the art of adjustment. When we give ourselves the freedom to experience what does and doesn’t work for our bodies, minds and lives, we learn what needs to shift, change, or be altered to achieve the best results.

In this very special 2.5 hr workshop, Carley will guide you to explore new shapes and variations of the asanas that can provoke curiosity through sensation, and awareness through accessibility. You’ll be given clear and distinct guidance in connecting to the musculature, joints, and systems of your physical body, discovering where you may be tight, injured, weak or simply in need of maintenance. And most importantly I will invite you to take the much needed time to honor, accept, and love ALL of you without the allure and misconception of perfection.

What you can expect is:

1) music

2) the freedom to flow

3) an afternoon that will leave you smiling from the inside out.

P.S. Savasana will be a Thai therapeutic delight! 😉
