This inspiring sequence leverages flowing asana, sensual dance and empowering basic boxing techniques to build self-awareness and increase the heart rate for a full-body workout.

Trap Vinyasa™ Core© – April 12, 2019

Access the heat of the belly located in the 3rd chakra through dynamic breath work, core exercises and sensual yoga and dance.

Trap Vinyasa™ Kickboxing© – May 10, 2019

Kickboxing blends martial arts with boxing to create a spirited cardiovascular workout. TV Kickboxing utilizes boxing basics, yoga and dance to create an empowering yoga class.

Trap Vinyasa™ takes place at the Capitol Hill studio on the second Friday of the month. Please save the date for these upcoming classes: March 8, April 12 and May 10.

What To Expect In Teachers Class: A bhakti yogi with a Bikram background, Abiola’s reflective practice fuses Vinyasa with meditative breathing and mindful flourishes to awaken the body. Motivational teachings encourage the celebration of incremental change and self love, while leaning into areas of growth compassionately. In both her All Levels and Gentle classes expect to sensually explore fundamental poses in order to intimately connect with your personal practice.

Main Influences/Styles/Traditions: A formal Bikram background and experience as a national Bikram competitor fuse with fluid Vinyasa, Restorative, Gentle and Forrest yoga as well as traditional Nigerian dance.
