What to expect in Nancy’s classes:
Nancy believes that passion is the key to practice.  Whether it’s asana, meditation, eating, working, relationships. Passion for life is KEY. Nancy teaches a Vinyasa Flow style of Yoga certified by Laughing Lotus San Francisco.  This style involves breath to breath movement while weaving Yogic dharma throughout the class. Expect Mantra, Moving Meditation & Bhakti. Nancy teaches Mantra Wednesday mornings at the Capitol Hill location for those who wish to dive deep into Nada Yoga, the Yoga of sacred sound.

Main Influences/Styles/Traditions: The biggest infulence of my life has been my creator, my Mother, to which I owe all that I have ever learned along this path. I have been fortunate enough to recieve teachings from the Shri Krishnamacharya lineage. Full pranam to the large footprints of my Guruji Astrud Castillo & Jasmine Tarkeshi. I am beyond grateful for my spiritual family all along the West coast and especially Laughing Lotus San Francisco.
