If you are looking to start a Yoga practice or you would like to resume after a long break and renew your fundamentals, Our 6 weeks intensive for beginners will be perfect for you. Classes will cover fundamental yoga poses, alignment, benefits, breathing and more.The course will leave you feeling not only stronger and more flexible, but also destressed and energized. Suitable for pregnant women.

There are two batches of 6-week classes. One occurs Saturday mornings, the other on Monday evenings. Please choose one.

  1. September 12 to October 17, Saturdays 8 am to 9 am
  2. September 14 to October 19, Mondays 8 pm to 9 pm
