Welcome to our first retreat at Aldermarsh, on Whidbey Island. We have heard glowing reports on Aldermarsh for many years, and finally will visit this sacred space in Marsh.
The Theme of this Retreat
The theme of this retreat will be Integrity: Being Yourself. Many of us learn to hide our true selves behind an assortment of masks and faccades, trying to be whoever is needed to gain approval. We also hide our true feelings and do not allow ourselves to express ourselves. Most importantly, fear has us hide the Sacred Self, our most beautiful, powerful essential nature. We will explore this theme and invite us out into the full expression of our true nature.
Schedule:
- Friday – Sunday
- March 9th-11th, 2018
Please plan on arriving any time after 3 pm on Friday. We will have a gentle, meditative yoga class at 5:30 for those who can make it by then. IF not, try to arrive for the dinner at 7 pm, followed by meditation, intros, and sacred circle. We finish by 1 pm on Sunday.
