Join us for this special two hour yoga, breath, and meditation class on Thanksgiving morning.  In this class we will practice yoga postures to stimulate digestion, energize and relax the body, breath practices to center and calm the mind, and meditation to explore what we are grateful on this day of abundance.

This class is the perfect way to start the traditional day of feasting and family, using yoga to celebrate the gifts and blessings of this life!  Cultivate a spirit of gratitude both on Thanksgiving Day and the rest of the year.

Appropriate for beginners to advanced students.  No yoga experience required!

About The Instructor: Tracy Weber

Tracy Weber is the founder of Whole Life Yoga. She is a certified yoga instructor and yoga therapist through the American Viniyoga Institute’s teacher training program and is registered with Yoga Alliance as an E-RYT 500. She has also completed advanced studies in prenatal yoga. She originally came to yoga for relief from chronic back pain, and discovered the balance and stress relief yoga provides. Tracy believes that the benefits of yoga are much broader than physical exercise, and that yoga can help people achieve what they want in all areas of life. Note: The yoga therapy components of Tracy’s teaching are based on her certification and additional training as a yoga therapist from the American Viniyoga Institute, not derived from her status as an E-RYT 500 with Yoga Alliance Registry.
