Three chances to practice with returning guest teacher Sean Haleen! Join Sean at SYA for an exploration of how our bodies work within our poses. We’ll explore questions like “What muscles do we want to be engaged? Relaxed?” and “What alignment instructions are appropriate for my body?”

Sean’s alignment workshops are known for taking what seem like complicated aspects of how we move and making them understandable, accessible, and fun. Each session will take you through familiar poses and engage with them in new and unexpected ways, utilizing props, unique variations, and more. Appropriate for all levels.

  • Take away tips for building strength and flexibility in your practice that you’ll use for years
  • Learn about the how and why of Yoga poses and what they’re for
  • Practice with unique ways of using props to enhance your poses
  • And more!
