Join Anna for a 2.5 hour journey to the heart. We’ll peel back the layers + invoke expansive heart energy through mantra, mudra, movement + community sharing. The deepest intention for this container is for each participant to leave in remembrance that they are an embodiment of love.

Please bring water, a journal, anything you like to sit on (cushion/bolster/blanket), yoga mat + a treasure to add to the altar (if you wish).
