As the earth completes this journey around the sun, collectively we are gifted an opportunity to pause and reflect. What if the lens from which this introspection emerged was one steeped in abundant warmth and kindness? And what if that kindness or sense of inner friendship could radiate from a place so real that it could be an ally for whatever is to come this New Year?

This workshop will emphasize the development of inner friendship, a deepened benevolence, also known as metta or maitri. The practice will include guided meditation rooted in mindfulness and self-inquiry. With time to reflect, envision and feel, you will be able to set an investigation for yourself that has kindness at its roots. There will be a fully guided yoga practice for all levels, with room for adaptations so that the practice truly offers room for authenticity and connection.
