Ayurveda is the traditional Hindu system of medicine, and means knowledge of life in Sanskrit. This series offers a comprehensive overview of Ayurveda with each session dedicated to a different topic on the science of cultivating balance and wellbeing. These six interactive lectures explore the Five Great Elements, Balancing and Boosting Practices for each Dosha, Food, Digestion and Nutrition, Daily and Seasonal Routines, and the study of how the principles of Ayurveda and Yoga are aligned. This series is for everyone, regardless of Ayurveda and/or Yoga experience.

Schedule:
Sundays, 2pm to 4:30pm
April 11th-May 16th, 2021

Cost: $225

Note: Our series require a minimum of five registered participants, by five days before the start date; if you are considering joining please register early.

Cancellation Policy: Refunds of 90% up to five days prior to start of series. No refunds allowable after that time.

 

About the instructor: Maritza Vargas-Reyez

Maritza-Vargas-Reyes-logoMaritza Vargas Reyes is a professional Ayurvedic Health Counselor and ERYT from Kripalu Yoga Center, with twenty years of personal practice and seven years of experience teaching and counseling individuals and groups the practice of Ayurvedic Therapies to promote Mind-Body balance and well being. Since 2013 Maritza has been offering well-attended workshops in Seattle, Bellevue and Redmond, WA.
