Perhaps you’ve heard about the benefits of meditation but you don’t know where to start. Or maybe you’ve tried meditating but have struggled to maintain a practice. Or you have a consistent meditation practice, but it doesn’t seem to progress.

This is the series for you.

Join Joanna Dunn, ERYT500 and Kelli Riddle, LMP, RYT200 for a four-week meditation series.

We will meet virtually via Zoom. Each session, we will introduce concepts and meditation techniques to help you either sustain or progress your existing practice or to help you start a new practice.

In addition to our evening sessions, Kelli and Joanna will each offer a live Q&A each week (60 minutes). You can send in your questions in advance or show up to the call to ask live. Q&A times will vary each week so that timing might work for different people at different times.

Each session will be recorded and for those signed up for the whole series, you’ll receive a recording of the lecture, discussion or Q&A.
