Join Ginger & Natalie in this 90 minute unheated workshop focused on effective stretches for couples & friends! Bring someone you love & would like to spoil. Enjoy a slow warm up flow with Natalie, followed by an hour of partner stretches designed to thoroughly relax. By the end of the workshop you’ll leave with 10 stretches you can share with others. No experience necessary! Wear comfortable clothing & feel free to fly solo- we will partner you up! After we stretch stay & enjoy some bubbles on the bench!

About the Instructor: Ginger Saunders

Ginger Saunders - hauteyogaGinger Saunders received her 200 RYT in Bali. Her Style is a blend of every class she has ever taken focusing on moving from inner strength and creating space in the body while releasing tensions with hands-on adjustments. Ginger volunteers with Yogahope, teaching yoga to underserved woman who are in a 12 months rehabitation program at the Genesis House in Madrona. You will find her walking around Seattle and practicing yoga in all the parks.
