A 4 week series that will take you through the basics of pranayama, the yogic art of breathing. Covering the fundamentals of the practice, the technique, benefits and the association with asana and yoga. Classes are 90 minutes long and suitable for students who have 6 months of ongoing yoga practice and looking to go deeper and expand their yoga knowledge.
