This one-hour informational class will introduce the four petals of a specific style of Yoga called Purna Yoga through lecture, demonstration, and time for your questions. Purna Yoga is a holistic approach to yoga including asana, Heartfull Meditation, lifestyle/nutrition and Applied Philosophy because you are much more than your body.
