Join Sound Healers Matthew and Julieth for a very special offering of sound and deep relaxation. This special class will include some light yoga and meditation in the Kundalini tradition craftily woven into an extended sound bath. Vibrate the senses and ground yourself while elevating the spirit with this unique combination of practices.
