Join Jasmine RaShae for a nurturing evening to celebrate the sounds of blackness through music, mindfulness, and meditation. This special Black History Month class will share the deep history of gospel, jazz and rhythm and blues from the African diaspora.Β  The curated setlist and soulful flow yoga class is intended to embody the resilience, courage, and the beautiful souls of black folks. Black is beautiful, let’s celebrate the culture and month through movement and music.

This workshop is donation based to make yoga accessible and affordable to all.

Soulful Flow Yoga (SFY) is an inclusive practice designed to make yoga accessible to all, but particularly a vision to provide representation and exposure to yoga and wellness for communities of color.

What is Soulful Flow Yoga?

Soulful Flow Yoga (SFY) merges mindfulness, movement, and conscious soulful music into an uplifting yoga practice to deepen the student’s connection to their mind, body, and soul. SFY is an inclusive practice designed to make yoga accessible to all, but particularly a vision to provide representation and exposure to yoga and wellness for communities of color. Jasmine RaShae shares messages from the heart for the soul in an all-levels vinyasa yoga class. Immerse yourself into the music and let your soul flow.

Jasmine RaShae is an entrepreneur, yogi, and storyteller. Her platform Do It For The Story” is a site devoted to sharing her stories, the stories of other women and people of color through lifestyle, adventure, and yoga. It is a place to share authentic truths, without judgment or fluff.

She advocates that when we share our perspectives with others it can cultivate healthy dialogues and build community. Jasmine also believes through community adventures and yoga that we can experience life outside of our comfort zone, bring awareness to different activities, cultures and facilitate growth and healing in our mind, body and soul.
