Sounds-of-Blackness - Sangha Yoga Seattle

Join Jasmine RaShae for a nurturing evening to celebrate the sounds of blackness through music, mindfulness, and meditation. This special Black History Month class will share the deep history of gospel, jazz and rhythm and blues from the African diaspora.  The curated setlist and soulful flow yoga class is intended to embody the resilience, courage, and the beautiful souls of black folks. Black is beautiful, let’s celebrate the culture and month through movement and music.

This workshop is donation based to make yoga accessible and affordable to all.
